Friendly, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable, they took the time to walk me through the ins and outs of my fireplace—explaining its features, safety functions, and how to get the most out of it.What really stood out was their attention to detail. We booked a fireplace cleaning and repair. Chris was able to do this a few days after we called. He arrived on time, worked quickly and was thoroughly professional. Our fireplace has never looked this good or functioned this well during the 18 years we have lived in this house.

From booking our fireplace cleaning to having Chris arrive and complete the service the process was seamless. Chris went above and beyond with our fireplace making it basically better than brand new, he installed a new switch, did a bit of touch up paint, and corrected all the tabs for the glass and metal fittings all within an hour. I could not recommend TH fireplaces more, and hopefully you get Chris for your service.

I had a wasp nest blocking the air intake. Also I had Asher come out to clean the inside of the fire place. The outside crew came and quickly cleaned out the wasp nest and Asher cleaned and checked out the inside of the fireplace.I was very happy with the service and fully recommend TH Fireplace.
