Excellent Service! I called TH Fireplaces as my gas fireplace would no longer stay lit. After checking with ATCO that it was not a gas issue, we hired TH to fix the problem. Aaron from TH arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. More importantly he was very thorough and perseverant. It was not easy to diagnose what was wrong but he tried one thing after another and would not give up. In the end he solved the puzzle and was able to repair the fireplace in a way that was much simpler than what other companies had suggested they would likely need to do (he was able to clear the existing gas line rather than replace it). He went above and beyond and we so appreciate his time and effort. We will refer TH to friends and family for sure!

2024 - Excellent Service again, on time, quick but thorough, this time the tech was Aaron. I had them out for a cleaning and first service as we moved to a new place. Everything went great, full cleaning and check up and had them paint the old brick panels black for a more modern look, looks great and answered all my questions about the new-to-me fireplace.2022 - EXCELLENT service from these guys and a big THANK YOU especially to the service tech, Amy! I called for an service on an older fireplace that was having some intermittent issues with several user functions. I had another company out last year, but they were unable to fix the problems and in fact it was less functional after they left, but I didn't notice right away. TH sent out Amy to see if she could get it working and she was OUTSTANDING!!! Took apart the entire thing and quickly narrowed the problems down to individual solenoids and switches. She got every issue fixed and even gave me a lesson on how to use other features, I didn't know about. I can't believe how good it's working now, she did a thorough job and even came back when I was struggling to figure out one function. I highly recomend TH Fireplaces!!!
