TH Fireplaces helped us remove our old, outdated gas fireplace and supply / install our new, spectacular, realistic flame, crackling sound, electric fireplace. It looks real and it puts out adjustable heat, as needed, with the flick of a remote control. We get lots of compliments and many think it is gas, not electric because of the look, ambiance. We had TH Fireplaces do a wood to gas fireplace conversion today. From start to finish, these guys have been absolutely phenomenal. The initial quote process was straight forward and install went ahead today and went very smoothly.Aaron and Carter were the installers today and they were kind and informative. We’ve been doing renovations for the past 2 months and have had some unfortunate experience with some of the companies we’ve contracted with- we really appreciated how mindful and courteous they were when it came to protecting everything and avoiding tracking mess into the house. The fireplace is beautiful!

I had two fireplace maintenance checks completed in December as I had just moved into a new home. The technician was Chris and he was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. I had booked for full cleanings etc and he said the fireplaces didn't require cleaning at that time so I wasn't charged. I appreciated his honesty and have since highly recommended this company to everyone that is looking for a fireplace company.

I am happy to choose TH to fix my fireplace. Reasonable price, well educated staff and technician. They came to do the diagnostic test only but technician went extra miles to fix the wiring issue and didn’t charge anything extra. Good communication while booking the appointment. Lady kept me updated about the appointment. Technician gave me heads up too about appointment. Excellent service. Will use TH every time and recommend to my friends and family too.

Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and we decided to upgrade the reciever to plug-in so now I only have to change batteries in the remote.

We booked a fireplace cleaning and repair. Chris was able to do this a few days after we called. He arrived on time, worked quickly and was thoroughly professional. Our fireplace has never looked this good or functioned this well during the 18 years we have lived in this house.

From booking our fireplace cleaning to having Chris arrive and complete the service the process was seamless. Chris went above and beyond with our fireplace making it basically better than brand new, he installed a new switch, did a bit of touch up paint, and corrected all the tabs for the glass and metal fittings all within an hour. I could not recommend TH fireplaces more, and hopefully you get Chris for your service.

I had a wasp nest blocking the air intake. Also I had Asher come out to clean the inside of the fire place. The outside crew came and quickly cleaned out the wasp nest and Asher cleaned and checked out the inside of the fireplace.I was very happy with the service and fully recommend TH Fireplace.
