We had a great experience using TH. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They set up an appointment for a prompt service call, sooner than we expected. Sven, the technician, was amazing! He was on time, did the troubleshooting and was able to repair it quickly. He did a great job. The glass is sparkling clean and price was reasonable. He even surprised us by adding some glowing embers across the bottom of the logs so it looks better than new. We were truly impressed with the communication, quality of workmanship, friendliness, and excellent service. We recommended TH to a family member who had a new fireplace installed by them which they love. We highly recommend TH and will use them again in the future. A great company!
