Nic came out to service my gas fireplace. He did an excellent job, very professional and thorough. Did a great job cleaning it and was super knowledgeable and explained everything in detail to me. I'm definitely going to use this company again and definitely when I look to replace my unit.

They arrived on time (unfortunately, that's a rarity for a lot of services across many industries these days), were courteous and quickly got my fireplace working and look like new again!

TH Fireplaces was an amazing place to deal with right from the start. The installer (Chris) arrived early on our scheduled start date. He was able to take out our old fireplace with no damage to our brick work. He gave me options on the installation process. At the end my wife and I were extremely happy with his work. If you want a professional job, these are the people to use. Many thanks again to Chris for the amazing job he did.

It's an odd time of year to have your fireplace serviced but I'm glad we did. Sven was awesome. He took time to explain exactly what he was doing and what repairs may be needed. Fortunately a cleaning, tune up and service was all that was required. We will definitely use TH again.
